Any intuitive, tarot, astrology, coaching, or related services offered by Lady Ide • Alchemist (“we,” “our,” or “us”) are for entertainment purposes only. These services are not intended to replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge that:

• Consultations are subject to interpretation and may not be 100% accurate.
• You remain solely responsible for the choices, actions, and outcomes that result from any consultation.
• We make no guarantees about results or outcomes of any intuitive or coaching service.

By scheduling or purchasing a service, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age, and you accept full responsibility for how you use the information received.

Purchase, Shipping & Refund Terms

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless you have explicitly waived this right by accessing digital content immediately after purchase. Orders & Payments
All orders for digital products, courses, services, or physical goods must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept credit cards and other payment methods as offered at checkout. Orders are binding once payment is processed.

Digital Products & Online Services
All sales of digital products (including downloads and online courses) are final once accessed or downloaded. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your 14-day EU right of withdrawal is waived upon access or download.

Services (Consultations, Coaching, etc.)
Scheduled services must be paid in advance. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, except in cases of emergency.

Physical Products
Orders generally ship within 5 business days unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination.

Once items are shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipment. Visible shipping damage should be reported directly to the carrier at the time of delivery.

If an item arrives defective due to manufacturing error, please contact us within 14 days for review. Where required by law, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Except where required by law, all sales are final.
